Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has announced that American National Insurance Company (American National®) has selected the company’s ARC Logics solution to help proactively manage governance, risk and compliance across the organization. More specifically, American National® will be utilizing ARC Logics’ regulatory change management, enterprise-wide risk assessment and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance functions.

“In today’s increasingly-complex regulatory environment, financial organizations, such as American National, need more than a software or information provider on their team”

“American National reviewed nearly a dozen GRC providers over the course of almost two years before limiting the field for a more thorough evaluation, after which time we ultimately chose Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and its ARC Logics solution,” said John Norton, vice president of enterprise risk management for the insurer. “We wanted to ensure the provider we chose had the right mix of solutions, services and expertise to help meet our diverse risk management needs now and into the future as our organization continues to grow and evolve. In the end, we determined Wolters Kluwer Financial Services was that provider.”

Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ ARC Logics solution helps financial organizations bring greater transparency, control and efficiency to managing compliance, operational and enterprise risk as well as to the audit function. ARC Logics’ modular, suite-based approach offers organizations the flexibility and scalability required to meet the complexity of their expanding and continually changing business operations.

“In today’s increasingly-complex regulatory environment, financial organizations, such as American National, need more than a software or information provider on their team,” said Todd Cooper, vice president and general manager of Wolters Kluwer’s Enterprise Risk & Compliance business. “Organizations need a trusted advisor, like Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and its industry-leading subject matter experts that blend their knowledge with the right technology and content to help organizations address all of their GRC needs.”
