Wolters Kluwer Financial Services has announced that American National Insurance Company (American National®) has selected the company’s ARC Logics solution to help proactively manage governance, risk and compliance across the organization. More specifically, American National® will be utilizing ARC Logics’ regulatory change management, enterprise-wide risk assessment and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance functions.
